Dazu ziehen wir Erkenntnisse aus Wissenschaft, Philosophie, Religion oder Psychologie heran, vereinfachen sie und machen sie so alltagstauglich.

Vivere meglio significa pensare bene e poi agire. Per agire nel miglior modo possibile, dobbiamo sviluppare un piano. E per fare questo, prendiamo certe cognizioni della scienza, della filosofia, della religione o della psicologia e, semplificandole, le rendiamo adatte all'uso quotidiano .
